Between approximately 17:05 and 17:15 AEDT all services located in Brisbane were inaccessible from the internet and our other locations. This outage occured due to a configuration error during a router upgrade; service was restored by reverting the change. We have since corrected the configuration error and successfully completed the router upgrade.
